Boxing
Boxing for fitness is a great way to work on conditioning, strength, and endurance. It is easy to learn and also a  great stress reliever! Boxing at PTF is very interactive, as I am often "catching" punches for you during your workout. Boxing workouts are quick, which makes them good for days when you're running short on time. These classes are offered in small-group or individual sessions.

Group Classes
The most available and most popular way to get involved with PTF. Group sessions include classes with no more than 12 other people who have varying levels of experience. I am present during the class to encourage you, as well as ensure safety and good form, so you get the most out of your workout. Workouts typically last 30-40 minutes. Times for these classes are:
Mondays & Wednesdays
5:15 a.m. 6:15 a.m.
4:15 p.m. 5:15 p.m.
Fridays
5:15 a.m. 6:15 a.m.
11:30-12 lunch hour open house

One-on-One Training
These individual training sessions include workouts that are tailored to your specific needs. Great for athletes looking for sport-specific training or beginners who aren't sure where to start their journey to a healthier life.
