At Power Train Fitness, my approach to functional training involves a variety of methods using different tools to give you a well-rounded workout every time. I offer individual and group classes which incorporate strength-training with metabolic conditioning using the kettlebell, TRX suspension system, boxing, battling rope, and body weight.

Amy Welch
Having dealt with a lung disease for most of my life, I learned early-on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. After spending nearly 20 years as a cosmetologist, I pursued my passion of helping others reach their fitness goals and opened PTF in 2009. Now, I have made it my mission to champion others in body, spirit, and mind by using my compassion and unique perspective to bring out the enormous potential in those I work with.
